The Assessor Reviewer I is responsible for face-to-face and virtual assessments of vulnerable populations for various clients. Persons being assessed reside in the community or in facilities. Willing to hire entry-level candidates with college degree. If hired a two day in-person training in West Des Moines is required for this role.

Provide compassionate care to families and children with neurodevelopmental needs, providing care management services. You will leverage an integrated technology platform and are complimented by an internal interdisciplinary care team. Your primary responsibilities will include the delivery of patient care to children and families experiencing neurodevelopmental diagnoses, conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and formulate care plans. You will evaluate the effectiveness of care plans,. Provide family support and education.

The Clinical MDS Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supporting reimbursement accuracy through effective utilization of managed care resources. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
